At The Hot Spot, the various glass-making techniques we offer include the following:
- Fusing (melting) glass into flat projects
- Slumping (draping) glass over molds to form vases, bowls, plates, candle holders, etc…
- Bead Making for jewelry and figurines
- Earring and Pendant jewelry creation
- Photo-Paper fusing into glass (take your digital photos and permanently fuse them into glass!)
- Melting bottles into art projects (take your empty beverage bottles and melt them into gifts and design objects)
- Casting multiple layers of glass into thick projects such as sinks and bowls
- Painting with Reusche Paints
